01The challenge

When the business lives in ten places at once

Tasks on one board, client details on another, invoices in the inbox and automations in a tool only the person who built them understands. Every morning started with a search.

Tasks with no colour per client and no sense of how full each day is.
Automations that fail without anyone noticing.
Payments and expenses spread across the bank, the inbox and a spreadsheet.
Nowhere to see at a glance how each client is doing.

What was needed was one fast dashboard that more or less kept itself in order.

02Our strategy

A dashboard that fills itself in

We designed it around the week, which is how work really happens, and connected everything else so the data arrives without anyone typing it: from email, the bank, the automations and the day-to-day work itself.

The week as the main screen: one column per day and each day's load in hours.
A profile for every client with contacts, projects, documents, logins and billing.
Search across the whole dashboard with a single key.
Tasks and alerts from your phone through a messaging bot.
An open door for AI: Claude, Codex or another model can read and write in the dashboard.

It works on desktop and mobile, in light and dark mode.

03The solution

What it does every day

We designed and built the system from scratch, module by module.

A drag-and-drop weekly board, with each task's duration and the 8-hour working day in view.
Daily summary: today, the next 7 days, what needs attention and what has failed.
Calendar and project timeline, with external calendars connected.
Time worked logged automatically, by client and by project.
Automations under watch: what each one does, what it sends, what has changed and what is failing.
Finances with income, expenses, subscriptions and quarters, and invoices pulled from email.
Content: reels and carousels approved in stages, with the preview and the text editor inside the dashboard.
Social: publish and schedule on Instagram and Facebook with one tap, and see each account's statistics.
AI agents for SEO, sales prospecting and social media that make proposals and wait for your yes.
A library that transcribes and summarises the videos you save to learn from.

It runs on Cloudflare's cloud within the free plan: no monthly software fees.
