An SEO agent that reviews your website every week
We designed an SEO system that works on its own: it checks the Google data every morning, reviews the website every Monday, fixes the routine and asks your permission for anything delicate.

01The challenge
SEO that stays in a report nobody acts on
Audits arrive as PDFs, get read once and go out of date. Meanwhile a page stops working, a title gets cut off in Google or a search that brings in customers sits on page 2 without anyone noticing.
- Traffic drops discovered too late.
- Technical errors nobody checks.
- Changes made without knowing whether they worked.
What was needed was someone to look every week and actually do the work too.
02Our strategy
Data every day, a review every Monday
We separated what needs AI from what doesn't. Every morning each website's Search Console data is saved and checked for drops against the previous week and against last year, so the season is never mistaken for a problem. Every Monday, the agent gives the website a thorough review.
- A comparison with last year to tell the season apart from a real drop.
- Technical crawl: broken pages, titles and descriptions, redirects and canonicals.
- Page 2 searches with buying intent, ready to push up.
- Rules for each client that the agent reads before touching anything.
03The solution
It fixes the routine and proposes the delicate
Low-risk changes are applied by the agent, with checks before publishing: titles, descriptions, alt texts, internal links and structured data. Anything delicate (URLs, redirects, the home page or changes to more than 20 pages) arrives as a proposal, with the reason, the before and after, and how to undo it.
- A weekly summary on your phone.
- Approve or reject with a message or from the dashboard.
- Every change logged and measured at 28 days: clicks, impressions and position, before and after.
- Six weeks of monitoring when a new website launches: every page Google knew has to keep working.
- New content using the content gap method: the search that brings in customers, who ranks first and a better page than theirs.
If a check fails, nothing is published: the change is rolled back and you get an alert.
04The result
SEO that doesn't end up in a drawer
Every week the agent reviews the websites of Kensho Visual's clients and leaves every change measured. The screenshots use sample data.
