01The challenge

Bringing customers back, without paper cards or apps

Paper cards get lost and nobody downloads an app for a coffee. And the business doesn't know who comes back or how to reach them.

Customers who come once and never return.
No data on who comes back or when.
Expensive loyalty apps that nobody installs.

It needed to be as simple as a paper card, but on the phone.

02Our strategy

The card in the wallet, the control in the dashboard

Customers sign up in 10 seconds on a page branded for the business and save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Staff add stamps with a scanner and the owner sees everything in the dashboard.

No passwords and no apps for the customer.
The card artwork is generated from each business's brand.
Flexible rules: 10 stamps, a reward for every full card, milestones and double stamps at set times.
Several venues in one account.

Simple for the customer, complete for the business.

03The solution

A complete product, from the card to the notification

We designed and built the product from scratch: cards, dashboard, scanner and notifications.

A card with a QR code that updates itself in the wallet after every stamp.
A phone or tablet scanner with a staff PIN: add a stamp or redeem a reward.
A dashboard with customers, search, CSV export and GDPR deletion.
Automatic wallet notifications: one stamp to go, 30 days since your last visit, birthdays and review requests.
Sign-up landing pages by sector and a dedicated sign-up page for each business.
Available in Spanish and French.

Everything runs as a single cloud service, with each business's data kept separate and protected.

04The result

Up and running with real clients

One example in use is the Jack Bull Club, at a burger restaurant in Zaragoza. The platform is ready for cafés, barbers, tattoo studios and restaurants in Spain and Morocco. The screenshots use a sample business.
