The books up to date without chasing invoices
We designed a finance module for freelancers and small businesses that does the boring work: it finds invoices in your email, reconciles the bank and tells you what to invoice, what's still owed and what's missing to close the quarter.

01The challenge
End of the quarter: the great invoice hunt
Invoices spread across several inboxes, bank charges nobody can explain, payments that get forgotten and a spreadsheet with too many tabs. Every quarter, an afternoon lost.
- Invoices that turn up late or not at all.
- Outstanding payments nobody remembers.
- Unclassified expenses when the quarter comes round.
The paperwork needed to arrive on its own, with the system saying what was missing.
02Our strategy
Let the data come to you
We connected email and the bank so there's almost nothing to type, and gave every expense its tax classification, with the reason why.
- Every Monday, an automation searches the inboxes for invoices and files each one with its expense.
- Bank statements imported without duplicates, with rules that recognise every charge.
- Payments matched to the invoices sent.
- Every expense classified: deductible, to review, personal or not an expense.
03The solution
What's due, when it's due
- The year at a glance: income, expenses, profit and tax, month by month.
- “Time to invoice”: recurring items due in the next 30 days, grouped by client.
- “To collect”: what has been invoiced and what will actually come in, after VAT and income tax withholding.
- What repeats every month, and the fixed margin.
- The quarter's checklist for the accountant, every figure one tap from copying and the invoices in PDF.
- Excel export of any filter.
It never fills in a figure that isn't in a document: it marks it as pending verification.
04The result
The books on one screen
The module is live and has been bringing in invoices from email every week since October 2026. The screenshots use sample data.
