Motion graphics reels and carousels, from idea to published

We built our own content system: it produces motion graphics reels and animated carousels in each account's brand, checks them before you see them and publishes them on Instagram and Facebook once you say yes.

01The challenge

Publishing consistently eats up the day

An animated reel takes hours of editing, and a well-made carousel takes as long again. Add matching the brand, checking Instagram doesn't cover the text and remembering to publish, and consistency is the first thing to go.

  • Every piece is designed from scratch.
  • Text that Instagram's interface ends up covering.
  • Approvals lost among emails and messages.
  • Finished pieces that never get published.

What was needed was a production line, not another design tool.

02Our strategy

The expensive part comes last

The idea and script get approved first, then the frames, and only then is the video produced. That way a change costs minutes, not a whole edit. And every piece has to carry a real case, a verified figure or a demo with a result: otherwise it doesn't get made.

  • One identity per account: colours, fonts, icons and tone.
  • Every piece is checked with Instagram's interface on top.
  • Approval in stages from a dashboard, with an alert on your phone.
  • Nothing is published without your yes.

03The solution

What comes off the line

One brand, several formats. They all come from the same parts, so they are recognisable at a glance.

  • Vertical motion graphics reels with word-by-word captions and synchronised sound effects.
  • Animated demos inside a phone: chats, automatic replies and workflows.
  • Carousels of 7 to 10 slides, as images or video, with an animated «Swipe».
  • Every slide checked: the text fits, nothing outside the safe zone, font size and contrast.
  • A text editor with the slide live.
  • Publishing and scheduling on Instagram and Facebook with one tap in Telegram.
  • Comment to get it: a word in a comment triggers the private message.
  • Statistics for each account: reach, what works best and the best day and time.
