Automation is scary when you can't see what's happening

An automation that fails silently or an agent that sends something it shouldn't costs more than the work it saves. That's why many businesses don't trust AI, and rightly so.

02Our strategy

The rules live in the system, not in the prompt

The important rules don't depend on what the prompt says: the system enforces them. An agent can propose, but not approve itself; it can pause itself if something goes wrong, but not lift the pause.

  • A full pause, a sending pause and a pause per agent.
  • An exclusion list and a daily limit on first contacts.
  • Rules for each client that the agent reads before it starts.
  • No duplicates: an approved proposal runs once and only once.

We designed the dashboard and the rules behind it, and connected it to the agents and to n8n.

  • Approvals with the reason, how to undo them and how they will be measured.
  • Runs with their result, duration and cost.
  • Automations that sync on their own: what they do, what they send and which parts have changed.
  • Errors on your phone the moment they happen, and lessons learned so they don't happen twice.
  • New rules the agent proposes, which only switch on with your yes.
