Prospecting eats up the morning

Finding businesses on the map, checking their website, noting phone numbers and writing a different message for each one takes hours. And at the end of the day it's still not clear who to call first or who to call back.

02Our strategy

AI does the research, you do the talking

Every morning the agent reviews businesses in the area and decides whether they fit: it looks at their website, checks whether they already have what you sell and gives them a score from 1 to 5 with the reason why. The ones that don't fit are dropped before you see them.

  • Search by area and by type of business.
  • Drops anyone who already has the solution and moves up those who need it.
  • A different message for each business, with a link to the demo for its sector.
  • A morning alert with how many you have to call.

03The solution

A CRM built for calling from your phone

Each business is a card with its phone number, the message ready to copy or open in WhatsApp, and buttons to log what happened. The next step schedules itself: if they don't answer, they come up again two days later; if they're interested, a task is created to prepare their trial.

  • Filters by status, type of business, area, score and what they already have.
  • Call, WhatsApp, website, Instagram and map, one tap away.
  • Exclusion list: anyone who said no never comes up again.
  • The agent never sends anything on its own: you send the messages.
