The Challenge

Designing a website with no real material, for a project still under construction

The property, in the Siena region, comprises three fully restored traditional Tuscan houses set within a 48-hectare estate inside a nature reserve.

  • There were no real images or visual material of the project.
  • The property wasn't finished yet.
  • Value, history and positioning had to be conveyed with no source material.

Without a solid website, the project couldn't be presented properly or start attracting interest before completion.

02
Our Strategy

Building perception of the project before it physically exists

The site was conceived as a way to anticipate the experience of the place, combining narrative, aesthetics and context to convey the property's full value.

  • Putting feeling and context before technical detail.
  • Reflecting the natural setting and historic character of the place.
  • Keeping the aesthetic consistent with the luxury positioning.

We chose to create all the visual material with artificial intelligence, removing the need for photography that didn't exist and keeping full control of the aesthetic.

03
The Solution

A bespoke site centred on visual narrative and setting

We built a bespoke site combining history, nature and lifestyle, using generated visuals and a structure designed to convey value at first glance.

  • Fully bespoke web design.
  • Use of images generated with artificial intelligence.
  • A structure built to foreground history, setting and experience.
  • Content covering the estate, its farming activity and natural context.
  • A visual system built with no existing material
  • The entire visual side of the project was built without real photography, using artificial intelligence to recreate the property's aesthetic and setting.
  • Image generation based on the style and context of Tuscany.
  • Images adapted to the narrative of the site.
  • Integrated into the design to keep visual consistency.

A complete, visually coherent website able to convey the project before it physically exists.

The result

Project presentation ready before completion

The site allows the property to be shown to prospective buyers before it's finished, helping validate the project and begin marketing it early.

“The site let us present the project's value before the property was finished, with a coherent aesthetic and a narrative that conveyed the full experience of the place.”
