Two fronts for one client: visibility on Google and a trained team

A full restaurant still has to be run well
With San Marco we ran two projects that make more sense together than apart, because the second grew out of the first.
1. Acquisition — local SEO. We optimised the Google Business profile and local rankings so the restaurant showed up whenever someone searched for where to eat in the area. More visibility means more bookings: the problem shifted from "getting people in" to "looking after them all properly".
2. Operations — training app. That extra volume puts strain on a front-of-house team with high turnover. We built an internal platform that centralises training by role, so a new starter can get up to speed without waiting for someone to have a spare moment.
We also automated review replies with AI, which closes the loop: the reputation that brings customers in now looks after itself.

More visibility, and a floor team ready to absorb it.
Leading rankings in their sector with over 100,000 monthly impressions on Google. Reviews are answered automatically according to rating and content, and team training stopped being passed on by word of mouth and now lives in one place, accessible by role.
