Management app for holiday rental agencies
BNB Suite is our software for holiday rental agencies and professional hosts in Morocco. It brings bookings, owners, cleaning, accounts and guests together in one app, designed to be run from a phone.
From spreadsheets and WhatsApp to a system that adds up on its own
Agencies in Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier or Essaouira run their day across spreadsheets, messages and the Airbnb dashboard.
- Bookings spread across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct reservations.
- Owner statements worked out by hand every month.
- Cleaning and maintenance coordinated through scattered messages.
- Mandatory guest registration for the police.
Lots of lost time and little visibility over the business.
One space per agency and one view per role
Each agency has its own isolated space, and each person sees only what they need: admin, managers, field team and owners.
- The field team never sees amounts: it is blocked in the database, not just hidden on screen.
- Designed for the phone, with generous touch targets.
- Interface in French, English and Spanish.
- Guest screens carry each agency's own colour.
A tool the team wants to open every morning.
The whole business in one app
We designed and built the product from scratch: database, security, interface and integrations.
- A dashboard with key figures, to-dos, today and the next 7 days.
- Calendars synced by iCal, Airbnb import and a booking planner.
- Expenses, payments and owner statements, with CSV and PDF export.
- Automatic cleaning after every checkout, photo inspections and inventory.
- A guest guide with QR/NFC and a portal with signed house rules, photo arrival steps and access codes.
- Police forms following the Moroccan system and automatic passport reading.
- An owner portal with signed contracts, direct booking and white label.
- AI with Claude: it translates the guide, answers guests on the web and Telegram, and answers the agency with its own figures.
Email and Telegram alerts so nothing slips through.
An app ready for work, with an open demo
BNB Suite is in its launch phase. Any agency can sign up or explore the “Medina Stays” demo, a sample agency with 8 properties and a year of bookings. The figures in the screenshots come from that demo.
